Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Clinical Outreach Specialist to be part of our Vulnerable Populations Team.

What You'll Do:

This outreach specialist is an integral member of the interdisciplinary health team at Blue Ridge Community Health Services, Inc. The outreach specialist is responsible for reaching out to migrant farmworkers in the community as well as other vulnerable populations as needed, completing basic health education, basic health screenings, enabling services, patient referral and follow-up, as well as case management.

What We're Looking For:

Lived experience in homelessness and/or migrant agriculture work is highly preferred.

High school diploma (preferred)

Clinical experience is strongly preferred

Valid North Carolina driver’s license; eligible for coverage under BRH automobile insurance policy
