Blue Palms Management is Hiring an ADON Near De Land, FL

Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center of DeLand is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/ Unit Manager to join our team. As the ADON/Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership to our nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing in managing and overseeing all aspects of nursing services
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the delivery of nursing care
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and development opportunities
  • Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to nursing care
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of nursing personnel
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Valid nursing license and registration
