As an Admissions Director, you will play a vital role in managing the admissions process for our facility, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and their families. Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with hospitals, medical staff and other departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve admissions procedures and maximize patient satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and caring environment for patients and their families during the admissions process.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff to address any concerns or questions.
• Monitor and analyze data related to admissions and patient satisfaction, and use findings to make improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare administration role, preferably in admissions.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and medical staff.
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and regulations related to admissions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other healthcare software..
