Position Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight and complete understanding of the job development from the Land Clearing, Earthworks, Underground utilities, Roads, Punch-out, and final closeout
Management (Previous Site Development Superintendent Experience Required)
Coach and train personnel to achieve excellence and improvement in job performance
Maintain job site performance through communication and coordination with project manager
Update management weekly on crew / personnel status.
Participate in weekly production meeting and other meetings as required
Operations
Complete jobs to exceed customer expectations, at or below projected costs for labor, material, equipment, supplies and sub-contractors.
Communicate job phase scope to assigned foremen and crews.
Effectively utilizes manpower and react to emergency manpower needs.
Monitor performance of operations to achieve profit targets as established in Job Plans.
