Blue Ocean Harumama is a collaborative restaurant located in La Jolla. By bringing together our beloved sushi, ramen, and character buns, we are able to provide guests with a variety of exciting Asian fusion flavors. We are looking for hardworking and passionate individuals to join our team!

We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our culinary team at Blue Ocean Harumama, La Jolla. Our dishwashers are an integral part of operations and must retain the integrity of our restaurant’s cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage loading and unloading dishwashing machines
• Appropriately store clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Ensure that there are always enough clean dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Check the washing machine’s operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
• Sanitize kitchen area and floors
• Remove garbage regularly

Qualifications

• No experience necessary
• Ability to follow instructions and sanitation procedures
• Attention to detail
• Availability to work in shifts
• Physical ability and stamina to carry 0~50 lbs and stand for multiple hours
