Jacob Healthcare Center is a full-service, full-service, and locally owned Restaurant Group that was founded by the original owner in 2011. Jacob Healthcare Center is a locally owned and operated company that is looking for an ambitious, motivated, and dedicated individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment including fryers, blenders, mixers, other equipment.
• Cleaning of the kitchen and kitchen areas including but not limited to the walkways and counters.
• Maintain the kitchen by following established cleaning schedules.
• Stocking inventory as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations including use of proper food safety equipment.
• Cleaning tables and chairs at the kitchen table.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafeteria area including but not limited to tables, chairs, floors, walls, windows, doorways, windows and refrigerators.
• Keeps workstations clean and neat by performing regular cleaning of work areas.
• Keeps work areas clean by following cleaning procedures.
• Cleans equipment by following cleaning procedures.
