The Practice Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in achieving excellence and is the practice's support system. This position demands a diverse skill set, including expertise in office management, operations within the aesthetics field, and the capability to contribute to business strategy and team leadership. The PM is a team-centric leader dedicated to propelling the practice towards success through dynamism, energy, and a strong commitment to personal and team achievements.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, marketing, and financial tasks to ensure efficient patient care, excellent service, and maximized productivity and profitability.

Enhance the patient experience across all touchpoints, including phone interactions, greetings, service explanations, and engagement in loyalty programs.

Develop and communicate the value of treatments and long-term patient engagement.

Resolve patient grievances while maintaining practice integrity.

Monitor patient flow to optimize experience and sales.

Implement operational policies and procedures.

Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, financial analysis, cost management, and billing accuracy.

Optimize staffing levels and patient scheduling for best care and profitability.

Conduct inventory management and collaborate with the medical lead on service and safety standards.

Engage with the local community and establish strategic partnerships.

Direct all aspects of staff management, training, and performance evaluations.
