Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team in managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Duties:
- Assist real estate agents with property listings, marketing materials, and client communications
- Coordinate showings, open houses, and property tours
- Prepare and process real estate documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases
- Conduct market research and compile relevant data for property listings
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professionals in the real estate industry
- Maintain organized files and databases for efficient record-keeping

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate law and sales processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and software applications
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Negotiation skills are advantageous
