Blue Lavender Cleaning is a locally owned residential cleaning company that services Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas.

We're a growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our house cleaning team. We are looking for people who are detail oriented and like to stay active.

JOB DETAILS:

25 to 35 hours per week

Must be available Monday - Friday between 8:30 am to 5 pm

*This is a job for people who love to work independently. Once you are done training, you will be working independently and traveling to 2-3 homes a day and cleaning them

WHAT DOES IT PAY?

We pay our cleaners a set percentage for every home they clean.

Our experienced cleaning techs earn $700 to $800 per week and average $23 - $26 per hour with the percentage that we pay!

FAQ's

Do I work alone or on a team?

Cleaning jobs are mostly performed “solo,” or by one technician. You’ll mostly be working independently and cleaning 2-3 homes per day. In the event of larger jobs, you’ll be working with a team.

You must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies and mobilize to the work sites. All of our cleaners are dispatched from their home directly to customer locations.

How do I check my schedule?

We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule.

Job requirements:

• Over 21 years of age
• Free of drugs and felonies
• Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit)
• Must own a vehicle and smartphone
• Valid car insurance and driver's license
• Verifiable work history and references, preferably 1 year or more
• Excellent attitude and work ethic
