Blue Lavender Cleaning is a locally owned residential cleaning company that services Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas.

JOB DETAILS:

30 - 35 hours per week

Must be available Monday - Friday between 8:30 am - 5 pm

**This is a for job people who love to work independently. Once you are done training, you will be working independently and traveling to 2-3 homes a day and cleaning them

WHAT DOES IT PAY?

We pay our cleaners a set percentage for every home they clean. Our full time cleaning techs earn $600 - $800 per week when including tips.

6. PTO (Paid Time Off): We offer 1 week of PTO after 3 months of consecutive employment and 2 weeks of PTO after 12 months of consecutive employment.

7. Paid Holidays: You’ll have 5 national holidays paid off every year.

8. Recurring Customers: We only do routine house cleanings meaning your day will be predictable and manageable.

9. Get Paid and Learn: Your training will be paid ($15/hr). No experience is required. Applicants must be used to physical labor, standing for 6-8 hours a day.

FAQ's

Do I work alone or on a team?

Cleaning jobs are mostly performed “solo,” or by one technician. You’ll mostly be working independently and cleaning 2-3 homes per day. In the event of larger jobs, you’ll be working with a team.

You must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies and mobilize to the work sites. All of our cleaners are dispatched from their home directly to customer locations.

How do I check my schedule?

We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule.

Job requirements:

• Over 21 years of age
• Free of drugs and felonies
• Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit)
• Must own a vehicle and smartphone
• Valid car insurance and driver's license
• Verifiable work history and references, preferably 1 year or more
• Excellent attitude and work ethic
