We have an Immediate Opening (starting 4/22/24) for an Operations Manager to join our team. You will be critical to our success as the coordinator of many critical tasks and central communication point of our team. In many ways, you will have the lead role in administering our company.

Skills
* You will be a central coordinator for day-to-day delivery ensuring a smooth workflow and proper reporting needed for invoicing and follow-up.

* Successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, interfacing with our internal team as well as clients.

* You will be responsible for scheduling, client communication, receiving of products, staging products for each project, creating and reviewing technician work orders and generating invoices, tracking client payments, organization of the warehouse, etc.

* You must be detail-oriented and software-savvy -- skilled with Microsoft Office applications Word & Excel.

* We use special software designed for our industry so ability to learn quickly and become proficient at new software is very important.

* Accounting (Quickbooks Online) experience is a plus but not mandatory

We take over several projects each month as our reputation grows, in addition to new construction and major remodel projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
