What You will be doing:

• Monitor health, obtaining vital signs, and tracking food/liquid intake.
• Keep proper care of data or records and report any changes to the manager.
• Report all changes in residents' condition to the supervisor as soon as possible.
• Demonstrate appropriate use of independent judgement and decision making.
• Complete all required documentation prior to the end of shift.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care tasks such as showering, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
• Actively engage in caring and courteous behaviour, take conscious ownership for work and take proactive and thoughtful actions regarding work activities.
