As we expand our services, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and grow with us. The CNA will work closely with a certified nurse and provide daily nursing care to assigned patients while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and changing linens.
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the residents.
• Assist residents with taking prescribed medication.
• Help patients transfer in and out of chairs, wheelchairs, or bed.
• Record critical vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Support the clinical team by assisting RN, LPN/LVN, and other members in patient care.
• Observe and report any changes or unusual findings to the nurse to ensure resident needs, assessment, and safety are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination needed
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle necessary
• Passing criminal background check mandatory
• Drug tests are part of the hiring process
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
