Assignments: 

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and clothing.
• Observing, recording, and reporting changes in the patient's behavior, health, or adverse reactions to medications to the supervising nurse.
• Vital sign assessment and health measurements.
• Aiding mobility efforts by properly turning, lifting, and transferring patients.
• Provision of emotional support to patients and family members.
• Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Requirements: 

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop good relationships with patients, families, and team members.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of emergency response and basic first aid procedures.
• Physical endurance to perform up to moderate lifting and mobility assistance.
• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
