Overview:

As a land acquisition specialist, your job is to find new land for our company to buy. Your responsibilities include conducting land analysis, market research, contacting land owners and feasibility reports.

Duties:

- Ability to effectively engage in cold calling and sales activities.
- Manage land portfolios and conduct research on potential acquisitions
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing land value
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure land assets align with organizational goals
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on investment opportunities

Experience:

-Cold calling and sales techniques
-Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Sales experience is a plus
