WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : * 3 years of California payroll experience (required)* Process beginning to end semi-monthly payroll cycle of multi-state employees to ensure timely completion* Prepare payroll reporting internally and externally* Assist in commission review and calculations* Address payroll inquiries from employees and management* Analyze payroll issues and provide appropriate action plans* Maintain current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and labor laws* Ensure documentation is retained per legal requirements and company policyPreferred Experience and Skills : * 2 years of payroll dealership experience (preferred)* College Degree (preferred but not required)* Experience in processing payroll in Paylocity (preferred)* Excellent communication / organization skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
