As a Landscape Construction Foreman you’ll be responsible for overseeing a small crew as you build outdoor landscaping projects. You and your team will construct patios, retaining walls, steps, paths, water features, irrigation systems, and install beautiful plantings. You’ll operate a wide range of landscape and construction equipment with safety as your main priority.

• $24 to $26 per hour, dependent upon experience
• Performance-based bonus plan with the potential to earn the equivalent of an additional $3-$5 per hour

Work Schedule and Environment 

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, generally 7:00 am to 4:00 pm 
• This is a full-time, year-round position, although weather conditions in Dec – Feb could impact hours.
• North Oregon Coast position headquartered at our Seaside location

To Be Considered for this Position You'll Need

• 5 years’ experience as a landscape construction Foreman required
• To be able to install pavers, walls, drainage, irrigation, lighting systems and water features with minimal supervision is required.
• Operate a variety of landscape equipment, including skid steers, trenchers, saws, plate compactors, sod cutters, and power tools
• Driver's license with insurable record required
• Able to lift 75 pounds
• Able to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, and squat
