Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscaping
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Physical capability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds daily.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $24 per hour, based on experience. Compensation is provided on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve clients’ landscapes by mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and applying products as directed by the Crew Leader in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, shovels, rakes, pruning tools, and spray packs.
• Drive a truck and trailer
• You’ll work four 10-hour days (with overtime in the peak season) with a team of up to 7 people. Depending on the crew, you’ll work Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am depending on the season. Your workday is finished when the route is complete, which is around 10 hours, but this can be more or less.
