JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Fabrication, this role is responsible for the output of the assigned work groups, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards as well as controlling labor efficiencies and costs./ This person must be highly motivated and be able to transfer this motivation to the workforce. Theis position requires a diverse operational knowledge and excellent oral and written communication skills.
