We are a fast paced and growing General Dental Practice looking for a motivated Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our dental family. The candidate must possess friendly, professional, knowledgeable, organizational and team player skills. We are up to date on all the latest technology, paperless Dentrix system, Dexis Images, Cerec Cad/Cam and the iTero scanner. Knowledge with any of these systems is a plus.
This Full-Time position is a 4 day work week plus rotational Saturday's (1/2 day). Our practice hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Duties include:
Assisting Chair side
Lab Work
Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
Clinical note entry
Uploading photos
Transmission of digital imaging to labs
Shipment of cases
Provide postoperative instructions and patient education
Perform other related job duties as assigned
Requirements:Experience: Dental Assisting 1 year (preferred)
Education: High School or equivalent
Qualifications and Certifications: X-ray Certified (RHS) Infection Control Certified (ICE)
