We are a growing office looking for another New Patient treatment coordinator. As the Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication between patients, orthodontists, and the administrative team. Your primary responsibility will be to guide patients through the treatment process, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience from initial consultation to the completion of orthodontic treatment. This is predominately a Sales position.

Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation and Education:

· Conduct initial consultations with patients to assess their orthodontic needs and goals.

· Explain treatment options, procedures, and address patient questions.

Financial Consultation:

· Discuss treatment costs, payment plans, and financial options with patients

New Patient Follow-Up and Support:

· Maintain regular communication with prospective patients with multiple touch points

Administrative Duties:

· Assist in coordinating the overall workflow of the orthodontic practice, collaborating with receptionists and other staff members.

Marketing and Outreach:

· Assist with drop offs to referring offices, school events and contacting potential new patients.

Requirement:

· Bubbly personality and ability to talk to children and families;

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic setting preferred but not required; Sales experience is advantageous.

· Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and treatment plans.

· Proficiency in dental software and word processing software or google docs
