Offering premier nursing care to our residents in Arizona and nearby areas, we are actively seeking our next Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team to continue this daily mission of providing and maintaining the highest quality care in the area.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be a part of our passionate and supportive team who not only enjoy helping people but also build a lasting relationship with our professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist our clients with day-to-day activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, or toileting 
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients free of hazardous or health-compromising situations
• Attend to our client’s personal and medical needs like meal preparation, feeding, oral hygiene, medication management and reminders
• Record resident vital signs, weights, and measurements, intake and output, food consumption
• Provide support and care to the patients, their families, and colleagues alike
• Perform other duties as instructed by your superiors

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Current BLS certification encouraged
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Capacity to relate to people to win confidence and establish rapport
• Cognitive ability to make judgments and problem solve
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to document appropriately on worksheets provided by licensed staff
• Ability to undergo a background check
