Functions and Duties

• Providing high-quality, direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any significant changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Promptly responding to patients' call lights and addressing their needs with respect, empathy, and efficiency.
• Assisting in the implementation of individualized care plans by working closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and their families.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of patient care, progress, and any pertinent observations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• TB Test
• Ability to undergo a background check
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
