About the Team
The production team is involved in the hands-on process of putting together the various components of the slot machines. They follow assembly instructions, install hardware, connect wiring, and ensure the proper functioning of each machine/cabinet.
Summary
As a Production Supervisor at BLUBERI, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the manufacturing and production processes for our casino gaming products. You will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality gaming equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for the gaming industry.
Essential Functions
- Supervise Production Team:
- Lead and manage the production team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to optimize performance and productivity.
- Production Planning:
- Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary materials for production.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Safety Compliance:
- Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality.
- Communicate production status and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Team Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within the production team and between departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in production supervision within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with casino gaming products/peripherals.
Work environment
WAREHOUSE: Job requires walking in the warehouse. Must be able to navigate warehouse environment and the ability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to see color and the ability to adjust focus. Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least fifty (50) pounds, and prolonged instances of sitting during the shift
Required education and experience
- High school diploma
- Leading and communication skills are a must.
- Word, Excel and Outlook are all used frequently
Preferred education and experience
- Knowledge of the casino gaming industry
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strategic team player
- Willing to work after hours if needed
