ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare, stock, and pull Tradeshow /Audio Visual components for events with enthusiasm and attention to detail• Review technical drawings and collaborate with the Audio Visual Generalist to deliver flawless events• Lead your team of production, shipping, and receiving personnel with positivity and effective communication• Prepare aluminum Tradeshow frames for specialty substrates and ensure everything is organized and tidy• Keep inventory management of all Tradeshow systems/AV assets with a can-do attitude• Work closely with sales and technical departments to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders

• At least two years of warehouse experience• Experience in tradeshow management and production as well with Tradeshow aluminum systems• Must be able to read technical drawings and have an eye for details• Be a team player with a positive attitude, ready to motivate and inspire your team to greatness• Strong communication skills to collaborate with different departments

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a kick-ass attitude to make up for it• Experience with V Series/AV components and equipment• Project management experience to lead events from start to finish
