GAMING MACHINE FIELD TECHNICIAN JOB PROFILE

Job Description

The Gaming Machine Technician is responsible for the overall physical and technical preparation and maintenance of slot machines on and off the casino gaming floor. Depending on the type of work orders, the Gaming Machine Technician will install, move and remove machines, convert game themes and update machine hardware and software. Job responsibilities include keeping track of completed work orders, machine repairs and any change as well as updating floor plans and machine inventory. Onsite troubleshooting and assisting Bluberi technical support are part of the daily tasks. The technician is expected to work daily with heavily regulated equipment and software; thus adhering to very detailed policies is a requirement

Typical Work Activities

• Perform maintenance on gaming machines.
• Make sure that installations and infrastructures are in good condition and comply with Bluberi standards.
• Conduct stocktaking and inventory tracking.
• Handle gaming machines and various equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronics and hardware
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Use of emails
• Writing of reports
• Ability to use diagnostic tools such as multimeter, cable tester, etc.
• Valid driver’s license (truck driving license, an asset)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• No criminal record
• Availability to complete tribal gaming license application forms
• Availability to travel to casinos in several American States to respond to emergency situations at all hours of the day and night
• Strong Customer service background
