BLT Restaurant Group seeking a talented and experienced CORPORATE CHEF to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be a team player with 5 years experience in upscale restaurants, be organized, self motivating, detail oriented and have a passion for food and the development of cooks and chef d'cuisines. Responsibilities include extensive travel, food cost control, menu development, employee hiring and mentoring, new restaurant set up, establishing vendor relationships and being able to develop pre-opening payrolls and projections.
