- SPEECH PATHOLOGIST JOB SUMMARY
- Provides speech language pathology services to Home Care patients in accordance with physician- prescribed treatment. Assesses patient progress and facilitates changes in plan of care as needed.
- SPEECH PATHOLOGIST JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Education and/or experience: Licensure in the State of Tennessee as a Speech Pathologist with experience of 2 years preferred. Home care experience preferred.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, State of Tennessee and Joint Commission Standards preferred. Working knowledge of computers required.
Skills/Abilities: Requires strong assessment and communication skills, organization and time management. Must be self-directed.
