We are looking for an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to join our team on a Part-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience. The Assistant Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest quality of service. The successful candidate will also have experience with scheduling and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base.
- Train and supervise staff on spa services and protocols.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
