Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Previous experience in behavioral therapy or behavioral health settings
- Ability to maintain accurate records
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Understanding of care plans and their implementation
- Proficiency in data collection and documentation
- Prior experience in patient care or related fields
