BloomReach is Hiring a Remote Senior Manager, Agency Channel Sales

About the Role:

We are currently expanding our Channel Team in North America and are hiring a Senior Manager, Agency Channel Sales. This role will report to the Senior Director, Channel Sales.

The Senior Manager, Agency Channel Sales will be responsible for managing a team of partner managers focused on creating sourced agency pipeline and driving sourced and influenced booked revenue for Bloomreach.

This person will support their team’s efforts in recruiting, onboarding, enabling system integrators and digital agencies in North America who will implement, refer and manage Bloomreach solutions. They will be critical to helping Bloomreach become a partner-first company, ensuring that the partner motion is supported by relevant teams throughout Bloomreach including presales, sales, services, account management, marketing and others. 

This is a quota carrying, highly visible and critical role to Bloomreach. 

 What you’ll do:

  • Be a builder. Someone with enormous energy who thrives on building trusting partnerships that are mutually beneficial for both Bloomreach and the partners 
  • Create processes, procedures and playbooks to scale the channel 
  • Collaborate with c-level executives at enterprise digital marketing and commerce agencies
  • Solve problems and negotiate - work through challenging scenarios with comfort. 
  • Drive sourced and influenced business
  • Support development of strategic business plans with partners that drive revenue; including enablement, marketing, sales, use case development and deployment 
  • Have a desire to learn, be ever curious and strive towards excellence
  • Inspire your team, coaching, mentoring and leading with servant style leadership 
  • Develop strong relationships with internal partners to meet objectives and targets 
  • Lead the GTM on partner accelerators 

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days you will learn the Bloomreach stack, meet with your team and understand the existing plans in place to drive towards the agency team’s goals.
  • In 60 days meet with the majority of Bloomreach’s focus partners and introduce yourself. Understand who your internal stakeholders are and how they can help you achieve your goals. 
  • In 90 days you will be actively participating in plan building, pipeline building and strategic planning. 

What you’ll bring:

  • 1 year of managing a channel sales team 
  • Quota-carrying experience in Channel Sales selling software or software-as-a-service (SaaS)
  • 5 years of selling or partnerships in Commerce or Marketing agency or technology companies 
  • Marketing background is a plus 
  • Thrives in a challenge, is an innate builder keen to perfect processes, build strategy and focus on success
  • Deep knowledge of online/internet/digital marketing technology
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quota
  • Well-established presence in the industry with a strong network to leverage
  • Detail oriented, relationship-building skills with a passion for building new relationships and drive towards mutual benefits and goals
  • The ability to adapt to new environments 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-caliber presentation skills
  • Highly organized, excellent time management skills, positive attitude

The on-target-earnings range for this position is $200,000-$250,000 (base with commission). The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
