Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial landscaping projects, from initial planning to successful completion.
• Lead and mentor field crews, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity.
• Build strong relationships with Account Managers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Track project progress, manage resources effectively, and stay within budget.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of experience in commercial landscaping production.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and Southern horticulture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Experience with LMN software is a bonus.
