Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Customer Care Specialist to work in our Rome, GA Facility. The work schedule for this positions would be Monday- Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM and an occasional Saturday a month from 9AM-1PM. The duties of this job include welcoming donors, performing donor registration, calling potential donors, and prepare and maintain donor records.

Qualified applicants should possess: 

• a high school degree or equivalent, 
• strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
• a positive, caring attitude
