You will be driving operational excellence of the their infrastructure through tooling and automation and will be working closely with our international teams to ensure the platform is constantly running at the highest level.Responsibilities:Build, deploy and upgrade our real time compute infrastructureEnsure our systems are continuously monitored and running efficientlyConfigure tooling for system scalability, ensure we have capacity for future growthBe the point of contact for our highly sensitive environments.Work with subject expert on troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounterOn call rotation with other team members and possible weekend escalation or urgent deploymentQualificationsBS/MS in Computer Science or related field4 yrs of relevant System Administration2 yrs of functional configuration managementStrong automation mindset and a passion for root cause analysis and strategies to mitigate issuesExperience with performance tuning and debugging scalability issue of real time servers and applicationsExperience with work with global team to provide high availability support to our customersExperience of event monitoring, live troubleshooting, security vulnerabilities patches CentOS/RHEL systemsExcellent communication and people engagement skillsExperience with Cloud Computing platforms like Amazon AWSProficient with Python and Shell scriptingExperience with SOC, FedRamp, HIPAA compliances requirement and implementationVirtualization implementation, administration on Kubernetes and docker is a plus. Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
