Blockgraph is Hiring a Client Success Manager Near New York City, NY

Blockgraph is looking for an Account Manager to join the revenue team. The person in this role will serve as the point of contact for our clients – fielding questions and managing priorities to ensure our software continues to meet their needs. This person will be responsible for tracking multiple priorities/deadlines and will be expected to work with cross-functional colleagues to facilitate the successful management of projects from start to finish. We expect this person to manage relationships with our clients, working alongside them to ensure they are operationally prepared to use our product successfully. This role reports directly to our Director, Strategic Account Development and will work a hybrid schedule (2x/week from NYC HQ).

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Overall Account Management of Blockgraph customers focused on platform use and ongoing account growth. This includes project management and planning, coordinating necessary meetings, and Salesforce maintenance. 
  • Customer reporting and contract management.
  • Understanding in-depth how your customers are technically implemented and configured with Blockgraph and advising them on how they can derive additional value from Blockgraph.
  • Providing technical and business context to internal teams when there is an issue related to your customer’s configuration; this requires understanding what success looks like for your customer and ideating on recommended solutions.
  • Collaborating with Product and Support teams to create customer-specific rollout plans for product updates and new product releases.
  • Delivering platform feedback on behalf of customers to Product & Engineering teams.
  • Being familiar with all cost-to-serve elements (e.g., cloud cost, partner services cost, product cost) associated with each customer's priorities and use cases.
  • Ongoing education for the customer on technical and product capabilities of Blockgraph’s product suite.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and providing regular updates to your customers.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in enterprise level, client-facing work in the Ad Tech, Data, or TV industry.
  • You are a stellar client relationship manager, capable of successfully communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at every level of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, collaborative, and possess executive presence.
  • Able to prioritize and respond to ever-morphing, high-impact, urgent requests from multiple channels including Slack, video conference, email, in-person, etc.
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify root cause of issues and generate creative solutions
  • Skilled in project management
  • Organized and self-starting
  • Reliable with follow-ups and driving projects to completion
  • Highly productive, flexible, and seek efficiency in all things
  • You thrive with independent work, requiring little management and seeking primarily coaching and mentorship
  • An understanding of the Advanced TV Ecosystem and Ad Tech Industry is a plus
