We're seeking a Block by Block Operations Manager who not only excels in their role but is ready to take their skills on the road to cover other accounts in the city!

Job Duties:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the Transit Ambassadors
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for BBB accounts in Boston.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in operations or account management. Willingness to travel within Boston as part of your role. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
