BLN24 is grounded with a team-first mindset, in an environment that elevates through a culture of essential core values. Job Overview: The Web Development Project Manager will oversee and manage all delivery aspects of the client’s website, including the Content Management System (CMS) development, analytics, optimization and design. The Project Manager is key in driving customer success through strong team coordination, communication, and understanding the customer challenges to deliver effective solutions, including Agile governance, risk and issue management, and release management. The Project Manager is responsible for implementing project management methodologies and activities that align with the goal(s) and objective(s) of the Statement of Work for BLN24 IT Projects. The Project Manager plans, organizes and implements internal company and client-driven technical projects as required. This position reports to the Program Manager. Role and Responsibilities:  The Project Manager will perform the following responsibilities: 
  • Apply the appropriate project management methodology practices to IT projects as defined by the customer needs, requirements, and constraints.  
  • Understand system development lifecycle activities, practices, and implementation.  
  • Manage all aspects of a project from initiation, development, reporting and closeout.  
  • Set project goals and objectives and develop measures and metrics to ensure they are met and accomplished. 
  • Develop project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.  
  • Oversee the project’s progress, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget, and communicates status and progress to all applicable stakeholders.  
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the project team ensuring customer requirements, needs, and expectations are clear and communicated throughout the project. 
  • Delegate tasks to the project team based on identifying team roles and responsibilities. 
  • Assist in building and developing project teams. 
  • Ability to delegate tasks and track progress of team initiatives. 
  • Assist senior leadership in implementing IT strategies that deliver successful projects based on performance goals and metrics. 
  • Apply project management tools to track and monitor teams’ progress and project performance. 
  • Develop the necessary project plans to manage and control project work streams and activities: communication, risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, and other plans deemed necessary and/or required.  
  • Responsible for organizing meetings with stakeholders to communicate project goals, progress, risks, concerns, and or challenges.  
  • Responsible for managing one or more projects based on contract/program needs and requirements.  
  • Identify and assess customer challenges, pain points, and issues and provide solutions to determine a path forward. 
Required Skills/Abilities:  
  • Project management skills implementing two or more of the following project methodologies: waterfall, agile, structured agile, lean, or rapid action development (RAD); other methodologies identified based on project experience and requirements.  
  • Ability to manage project requirements, constraints, quality, and delivery. 
  • Familiar with and applies the appropriate project management tools and techniques to manage and deliver successful projects.  
  • Ability to work in diverse, collaborative, and forward-thinking IT environments.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills. 
  • Knowledgeable in Content Management System (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager/CMS, Drupal), search engine optimization (SEO), UX/UI, and customer experience design 
Education and Experience:  
  • PMP certification Preferred; Desire to obtain within 6 months of employment. 
  • Agile certification recommended and desired. 
  • Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field based on contract and project requirements.  
  • Must have three to five years of experience in leading IT projects implementing project management practices.  
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects based on size, complexity, and visibility. 
  • Must have proven results in building customer relationships and delivering quality products and services.  
  • In depth knowledge of and experience with IT Project Management processes including, but not limited to industry standard of Project Management principles and practices such as those defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the Project management of Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). 
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr, Lucidworks Fusion, Adobe Solr, Adobe Launch, and/or Google Analytics tools
