Duties:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact the real estate market
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property data and financial models
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
