We're on the lookout for a meticulous and well-organized Post/Print Room Assistant to join BLKMARK PROPERTIES.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing outgoing mail and parcels for dispatch, including proper packaging and labeling

- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and parcels

- Maintaining meticulous records of incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Operating and maintaining office printing equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners

- Assisting with printing and binding tasks for documents, presentations, and other materials as required

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling mail and printing tasks

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.68 - $22.42 per hour
