Job Overview
The Market Sales Lead's primary focus is to oversee and implement an efficient direct store delivery sales program in Des Moines, IA.
Key responsibilities include delivery route driving 3-5 days per week, route scheduling & optimization, coordination with wholesale / retail store deliveries, and ensuring flawless in-store execution while building strong rapport with key customer stakeholders. The

is responsible for elevating service levels and merchandising programs with key strategic retail partners in Des Moines, IA and surrounding areas.
We are searching for a candidate who is independent, entrepreneurial-minded, and possesses a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external customers to troubleshoot and elevate their experience with our brand.
This role reports to the VP of Retailer Sales.
