Orthodontic Office is searching for an energetic and responsible dental front desk person with at least 2 years of experience. Job Description: Running the front desk of an Orthodontic office. This includes: greeting and dismissing patients, accepting payments and verifying insurance, answer the phone, data entry, explaining new campaigns and promotions, support treatment coordinator and ALL the tasks of a front desk person. From Monday to Thursday (8 am – 5 pm). Required Skills: Bilingual ( desirable) Excellent telephone and computer skills, dental insurance handling, friendly, good communication skills. We are looking for a warm, friendly, energetic and self-started person with excellent people skills who can communicate verbally with good writing skills and who can multi-task, and is interested in being a part of a high quality office. Applicant must have following attributes: -Great people skills and customer service-Friendly and upbeat phone voice?-Professional appearance and demeanor-Enjoys working hard and take pride in their job-Compassionate-Ability to multitask.
