Bliss Hospice is a Hospice Clinician owned and operated Hospice agency who prides itself in providing exceptional care to patient's enrolled in Hospice. The team at Bliss Hospice is valued and work together to take wonderful care of eachother and our patients. We pride ourselves on having low case loads for our clinical team members. We are searchiing for a full time West Valley RN Case Manager to join our team. The ideal canidate would have a knowledge of providing hospice care and support to patients and their families. Pay: $80,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
