Job Title: Intensive Case Management Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ USA Job Overview: The Intensive Case Management (ICM) Coordinator leads a team of ICM caseworkers to address barriers to safety and wellness for especially vulnerable refugees, asylees, and other ORR-eligible populations. The ICM Coordinator will train and supervise an ICM team who works closely with clients, colleagues, and external parties to develop service plans to meet individual client needs utilizing a broad range of financial, medical, social and other services and resources in accordance with client eligibility and program requirements. Major Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field of study preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of case management experience with similar populations and/or client needs required.
