This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.

Duration: Ongoing contract

Location: Remote, but Atlanta, Colorado, and Texas locations preferred

Responsibilities

• Able to work with UX, Product, and Marketing cross-functional team members to develop content that ensures seamless user experiences that reflect the client brand, values, tone, and prioritize the customer experience.
• Write UX copy for projects that communicates complex product features and benefits in clear language to help customers understand and use client's products and services. 
• Be a champion for the customer and work to find the happy medium between business goals and customer needs. 
• Analyze research and develop content that addresses identified user needs or adapt existing content based on user feedback.
• Guides the development and optimization of content to achieve specific goals and address customer needs.
• Identify and champion the most efficient content workflows possible. 
• Organize existing content, create guidelines for future content, and ensure that all content aligns across channels. 
• Audit content to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to optimize content strategy and performance. 

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Psychology or related field 
• 5 years of experience in an agency or corporate environment, with formal copy training and a strong portfolio 
• Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners to write, edit, develop, or plan online and retail written content
• Background in copywriting, either at an agency or in-house 
• Strong grammar and editing abilities 
• Background in working through ambiguity and executing complex projects
• Previous experience in user experience, product, technology, or digital function preferred 
• Ability to balance design quality with business and customer needs
