```Duties:```
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Assist in creating and implementing training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing employees
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it will help in communicating with a diverse customer base
- Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Manage shifts and ensure proper staffing levels to meet customer needs
- Oversee cash register operations and handle cash transactions accurately
- Conduct employee orientations and assist in performance evaluations
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and merchandising displays
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving store performance

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of sales management principles and techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with store management responsibilities is an advantage
