Blend Of Seven Winery in Delaware, OH -VOTED DELAWARE'S BEST WINERY SINCE 2018- is looking for part-time Kitchen Staff Member to join our strong team. We are located on 1400 Stratford Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, has previous experience, team player, customer service oriented, and hard-working.
In this position, you will work directly with our Kitchen Manager/Kitchen Lead.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes.
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking.
- Weigh and measure ingredients.
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables.
- Basic cooking functions such as prep, baking, preparing pizzas, subs, appetizers, and private room food preparations.
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist in keeping kitchen and dish room areas clean; including sweeping and mopping.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members.
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Food or restaurant type experience.
- Night and weekend availability a must.
