We are seeking a dedicated and loyal entry level Service Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, respiratory equipment, gas detection, and other general safety equipment. Opportunity for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities: All tasks can/will be taught.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance around the west Texas and southern New Mexico areas
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Follow guidelines of OSHA, NFPA 10, NIOSH, and ANSI standards
• Must obtain Texas State Fire Extinguisher License

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Read and write English
• Current valid Driver's License
• Permanent residence is with 50 miles of Midland, TX
• Generally familiar with hand tools, equipment, and the west Texas area
• Ability to handle a physical workload, which includes but is not limited to; lift/carry 50 pounds, travel an average of 2 hours in one sitting, ability to drive average of 200 miles per day, and work in multiple types of west Texas weather

Work Schedule:

• Generally Monday - Friday; occasional weekend
• Daily shift may vary depending on job assignment
• Occasional out of town assignment requiring overnight stay
• Average of 50 hours/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
