Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA to join our school's team on a full-time basis. As a crucial member of our educational staff, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students with diverse needs.
Job Description:

  • This is a full-time position with 40 hours weekly.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement effective behavior strategies and interventions in a school setting.
  • Monitor and analyze student progress, making adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise.
  • Conduct behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.

Job Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Must hold National BCBA Certification.
  • Experience working in a school setting with students who have diverse behavioral needs.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
