Maceil’s Auto Body Inc is looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our winning team. What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Prepare all damage reports in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write supplemental estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Keep office staff fully informed and updated on the status of all vehicles and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Review all final bills and supplemental billings prior to delivery of the vehicle.
• Review the completed vehicle to check quality and thoroughness.
• Make every effort to satisfy the customer's needs in regard to their automotive repair.
• Inform the customer that we feel we are the best choice for them to have their car repaired.
• Make every effort to make a customer or potential customer feel comfortable and welcome during the sales and estimate process or whenever visiting the shop.

What are the requirements for this job?

• Pa Estimator's License is not required at this time, however candidate must be willing to become licensed.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work within CCC Estimating System
• Have proper knowledge of Motor Vehicle Construction
• Must be able to operate a computer
• Ability to operate an automobile.

Pay: Negotiable based on experience
