Fire Sprinkler System Inspection & Testing

Job Responsibilities

• Personal organization necessary to meet deadline-driven tasks in a timely manner.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems per current NFPA 25 standards
• Ability to conduct repairs of fire sprinkler system deficiencies.
• Shared on-call responsibilities for emergency after-hour calls.

Job Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• General computer knowledge and skills
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly with customers
• Ability to safely climb ladders and wear standard personal protective equipment as needed
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and work on overhead equipment
• Operational knowledge of fire sprinkler systems
• Familiarity with the basic operational knowledge of fire alarm systems
• Experience in fire sprinkler installation, design and/or inspection field.

Desired Experience

• Advanced operational knowledge of fire sprinkler systems
• NICET I, II or III Certification in Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Water-Based Systems a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of Service Trade a plus, but not required.
• Backflow certification a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
